{"id":70,"date":"2009-01-19T12:13:15","date_gmt":"2009-01-19T20:13:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/baconwrappedlife.com\/?p=70"},"modified":"2009-01-19T12:14:37","modified_gmt":"2009-01-19T20:14:37","slug":"dinner-success","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pink.jemts.com\/?p=70","title":{"rendered":"Dinner Success"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>While I was in Portland, I found this recipe for <a title=\"Winter Vegetable Stew with Maple Glazed Tofu\" href=\"http:\/\/www.oregonlive.com\/foodday\/index.ssf\/2008\/06\/recipe_detail.html?id=6638\">Winter Vegetable Stew with Maple Glazed Tofu<\/a> in the <em>Oregonian<\/em> and thought it sounded perfect since I knew our Full Circle Farm box was going to have turnips, which I have never cooked before.\u00c2\u00a0 I made a couple changes:\u00c2\u00a0 I left out the fennel, used mostly chicken broth instead of water, chopped regular bok choy instead of baby (because baby bok choy was not available at the store), and cut my tofu into 16 squares instead of 8 rectangles.\u00c2\u00a0 The other major change is that we don&#8217;t have a pressure cooker so we just made it in a normal pot, and it worked just fine.
