Pre-workout snack

I make it through my work day with snacks. Usually there is a healthy lunch somewhere in there, but the morning and afternoon drag drag drag drag unless I have snacks to keep me going! I try really hard to keep completely horrible treats out of my desk, otherwise they’d disappear way too quickly and I would not feel so OK about my many mini-munchings during the day.

Here is today’s:
odwalla
Odwalla is my favorite bar so far (I haven’t tried many), and this Banana Nut one was DELICIOUS!

    Yay! They are the perfect size!
    Plus I had a yummy healthy lunch today too….then they brought a GIANT platter of cookies into the office! No question what my afternoon snack will be!
