Regular Yogurt vs. Greek Yogurt
I just found this! How relevant! Regular yogurt has a few more calories and a bit more sodium, but WOW look at how much calcium you’re getting from the regular! Both good health choices though!

That is interesting. I never knew what the real difference between Greek and Regular yogurt was besides the name.

Greek has fewer ingredients, less sugar, MUCH more proteins
